Cancellation — if something comes up
Direct booking
The Austrian hotel contract terms apply. Cancellation is free of charge up to three months before arrival; after that, graduated charges apply. We send the full terms together with the offer.
Booking via Booking.com
The rate you choose there applies: the cheaper one is non-refundable, the flexible one can be cancelled free of charge until a few days before arrival. Payment is made online.
Booking via Airbnb
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, non-refundable after that. The rule stated in the listing is what counts.
In every case we recommend travel cancellation insurance — for a week in February it is money well spent. Any open questions are answered on the FAQ page, and getting here has a page of its own.
